"Since I turned 40, my wife Sharon wanted me to lose weight for health and well being reasons. I didn't give it serious thought until late February of 2012. That’s when I happened to check my weight at home. I was 261 lbs, and I never thought I weighed so much! That is when I realized it was time to take some action. Sharon had just started working out with Rick, at Burn Personal Training; She wanted me to give it a try. When I met Rick, my initial goal was to lose 20lbs so I could be under 250lbs (bench mark weight of Homer Simpson !!! ) Rick customized a workout program that helped me reach my goal of losing 20lbs. I actually saw results much faster than I expected. It motivated me to push myself further and 8 months later I have lost a total of 39 lbs and 7 sizes off my waist. Not only have I lost weight, I’ve also been able to better my golf game, running, cycling and improved my endurance. I haven’t felt this good in a long time."
Rick has kept me motivated and focused the entire time. Our new goal is to lose 50lbs by February 2013. It's been a long road, and I am glad I chose to work with Burn Personal Training.
