“Before I joined Burned Personal Training, I had been trying to balance my time between work and family. Somewhere in the shuffle, I had forgotten to give time for myself. After a full day of work, I would find myself racing over to the preschool and then over to latchkey to pick up my children before 6pm. When I would finally get home, I would run in and cook dinner—Many times I still had my coat on! I found myself doing everything in a rush. Before I knew it, my weight was at an all-time high. I was feeling tired and sluggish and simple tasks were becoming harder and harder to do. Finally, in March 2012, I discovered Burn Personal Training. I found that it was convenient, affordable, and fun. I could attend a 30-45 minute training session three times a week and it didn’t take any time away from my family. More importantly, I saw results. Rick taught me how to set both long and short term goals. I feel more energetic. I have become much more active, and I am more efficient in managing my time too. I have lost over 40 pounds since April and I will keep going. I have made the commitment to make time for myself and I know that l can reach all of my health and fitness goals.”
