"I started my weight-loss journey on my own by joining a gym and focusing on my diet. I had the discipline to do the cardio and the weight machines and I learned how to make healthy food choices and control my portion size. But eventually I hit a plateau and I was bored, bored, bored! I'd lost some weight but I didn't really look or feel any different. Time to get some help from a pro. Working out with Rick was exactly what I needed. Rick never pushes me to more that I can do, but always encourages and motivates me to do the absolute most that I can. He continuously raises the bar but does it in such a way that I'm not over-whelmed. And I have never, ever, been bored! The physical changes are very gratifying (going from size 16 to size 8 always makes a gal feel great) but there's been another benefit for me that I hadn't expected--stress relief. I found that working out to the point that Rick always brings it makes me totally forget about whatever was bugging me. I am now addicted to this form of physical emotional therapy--especially the boxing! Having Rick as a personal trainer is the very best investment I've ever made in myself--and I'm having so much fun!"
