"After reaching my heaviest weight in September 2012, I realized it was time to make a change. My neighbor began training with Rick and had told me all about him and his style of training so I decided to jump on board. I joined immediately and commited to 3 times a week, eventually going to 4 times. I had tried several times losing the weight on my own but was unsuccessful. I needed the extra guidance and push from a personal trainer. Rick advised me on "how to" eat and as I started to make those changes too. I felt so much healthier and the weight slowly started to come off. The biggest hurdle for me was staying consistent. There were days that I wanted to give up but I never allowed myself too because I knew what the end result would be if I stayed with it!! I did and am proud to say I have lost a total of 35 pounds and went down from a size 16 to a size 8. Thank you Rick for all the support you have given me over the last year...!"
