This total body workout is excellent for any fitness level. Functional strength exercises mimic daily activities that prepare you for movements performed in everyday life, such as lifting a heavy object off the ground. The circuit is designed to improve your muscular strength, endurance, balance, left/right body asymmetries, agility and posture. Participants will utilize a variety of equipment including exercise ropes, TRX, stability balls, medicine balls, kettlebells, resistance bands, free weights and much more. Functional fitness training can make everyday activities easier, reduce your risk of injury and improve your overall quality of life.
