Rick Anderson

Rick graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Brockport in 1998 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Physical Education. He has a personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Rick also received a Personal Training Certificate (CPT) through Hondros College. In high school, He played both lacrosse and football. These days, Rick participates in 10k’s and exercises regularly doing a variety of workouts. Fitness has always been his passion. "To me, there’s nothing more rewarding then changing somebody's life through health and fitness!"

Rick specializes in: Individual training, Circuit training, HIIT, Small group training.

Meghan Parsons

Meghan is the General Manager at Burn Personal Training Facility. She provides assistance with the overall operations. When not working at her regular full time job, Meghan is either helping out at burn or working out herself. With her vast knowledge in Human Resource Management, Meghan has all the tools necessary to ensure an enjoyable and pleasant experience for each and every client.
