I started working out at Burn Personal Training in October 2013, and I have been going 3 days a week since. Rick is an EXCELLENT trainer!!! The workouts are really fun, and no two workouts have been the same since I started. The workouts are in a private gym, really close to home, and a fraction of what other trainers cost. Rick is awesome! I was new to the trainer thing but after talking to others, I know that I've lucked out! He is very professional and puts together great routines that I enjoy but kick my butt. He pushes and is encouraging at the same time and I always leave sweating and knowing I've had a great workout. Rick is an amazing personal trainer and I credit him with helping me change my thinking about working out. I am temporarily in a wheelchair and he developed a special work out routine to fit my disability. I had been to other personal trainers but it seemed we spent more time trying to figure out what to do next instead of working out. Not with Rick. After our initial meeting he had obviously spent a lot of time on his own working out a great routine for me. I feel healthier for it.
